Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@klirskincareco.com. Include your order number and photos of the item(s), and we'll gladly replace the product or issue a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
